Return Camper Nicole Bellwoar, age 16, from Malvern, PA, USA has been coming to Appel Farm for 4 years, and is coming to our 6-Week Session this summer!

  • What are your favorite Majors or Minors? Major: Theater performance, Minors: Dance, Photography, and Video
  • What is one of your favorite things about Appel Farm? The people are very nice and you fit in.
  • What is one thing your camp friends don’t know about you? They know everything!
  • What is something that you are proud you’ve done this year since camp? I have taken up dance.

New Camper Sidra Seymour, age 12, from Clermont, NJ, USA is coming to
Mini Session II this summer!

  • What are some of your favorite things to do in your spare time? Play with my pets
  • What might you choose for your Majors this summer? Video or Horseback Riding
  • What is one thing you want your new camp friends to know about you? I like animals
  • When you think about your first summer at Appel Farm, what are you most excited about? Making new friends

New Camper Maya Seymour, age 10, from Clermont, NJ, USA is coming to
Mini Session II this summer!

  • What are some of your favorite things to do in your spare time? Gymnastics
  • What might you choose for your Majors this summer? Horseback Riding, Dance, or Sports and Swim
  • What is one thing you want your new camp friends to know about you? I am a vegetarian and I own 28 animals.
  • When you think about your first summer at Appel Farm, what are you most excited about? Dancing

Staff Member Maisy Carr from Holmfirth, a teeny tiny village in the Moors of Yorkshire in the UK, is working towards a Photograpy degree at Leeds College of Art.

  • What is your role at camp this summer? Photography and Sports/Swim Instructor and Bunk Counselor.
  • What is one of your favorite things about Appel Farm? Just how enthusiastic and happy and full of life everyone is
  • What is one thing you are excited about doing at camp? Getting to know all the new campers and seeing everyone from last year. I’m also super excited about all the workshops!
  • What is one thing campers don’t know about you? I love to pull pranks on people, especially my co-counsellors. I also collect classic cars and do them up as a hobby.
  • What is something interesting that you do when you are not at camp? I’m a freelance photographer and I get to work on lots of crazy projects.
  • What are three things you are passionate about? Hmm, probably photography, travelling and music and CAKE

Camper Parent Jennifer Lublin, from Maplewood, NJ, USA has been part of the Appel Farm family since 2010. Her daughter Havi has been coming to Appel Farm for 3 years, and is coming to First Session this summer!

  • What is one of your favorite things about Appel Farm? Kids can totally be themselves.
  • Why did you choose Appel Farm for your family? My niece (Aurora Rojer was a camper from 2004-2007!) loved it and the staff is awesome.
  • If you could come to camp this summer, what classes would you take? Acting and ceramics

Camper Parent Lisa Ryan, from Philadelphia, PA, USA is new to the Appel Farm family! Her twin daughters Alexis and Aurora are coming to Second Session this summer!

  • What is one of your favorite things about Appel Farm? The creative aspect of it seems to tie in summer activities as well as the kids initial interests.
  • Why did you choose Appel Farm for your family? The location isn’t too far from us, and the program seems to fit what my girls enjoy.
  • If you could come to camp this summer, what classes would you take? I would swim, horseback ride, and participate in as many group activities as possible.
