Good evening everyone!
Today the kiddos got to get out of their majors today for department trips. Department trips are a wonderful opportunity for campers to learn and explore their majors in a new way. For example, creative writing students explored the Free Public Library in Philadelphia, 2D Art students went to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, 3D Art went to Wheaton Village, and the Theater Departments got to learn the ins and outs of the Walnut Street Theatre. This is the first year we have been able to document the trips, photos will be available tomorrow.
Tonight the campers will get to perform in our first Friday Night Concert! They have been excitedly preparing their acts for the show over the past few days. We are very excited to see what they come up with. All of our campers this year are so amazingly talented and creative, it is going to be a great show!
Make sure to check out the photos from last nights bunk activities and Blueberry picking photos by Appel Farm’s very own Sarvanda Bluestone. Also enjoy a video montage from the bunk activities.
