It’s been a lazy Sunday here at Appel Farm, as well as pajama day (conveniently)! Yesterday, we kicked off spirit week to honor the end of the first session. The spirit week theme for yesterday was mismatch, then today was pajamas, and tomorrow is tie dye. Today, campers had the chance to participate in more workshops hosted by counselors, watch the 1-week performance, then go to the LAST camper counselor concert of the session. All in all, it was a crazy day, full of activities. We’re saddened that we have come to the end of our session since we will miss the 4-week campers dearly, but we’re also extremely excited for PERFORMANCE WEEK. Even though every department has been working hard on their performance, other campers have very little idea about what they’re going to present during the week. Performance week is such an amazing opportunity to share talents with the rest of camp, as well as families and friends! Starting tomorrow evening we have the Rock Concert at 7:30pm in the Grove Stage!
Photos from last Friday’s concert are now in the photo gallery! Also, if you have any questions regarding the performance week schedule, HERE is a link to the full list of events and campers performing. Feel free to call our camp directors if you have any additional questions!
